The room was fairly quiet with a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities and a study table.
Simply nothing to complain about, really comfortable stay. Top-class people working here, well priced place. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Very quiet area, perfect and great location, really close to the theatre, and Heathrow airport. Besides, easy to get to a Barra Hall park, only 5 minutes walk.

Spacious room, light and airy. Friendly staff.Parking facilities.Breakfast included.
Yale door lock not fixed securely and hanging off door. Just locked but not very secure, took valuables with me when I went to breakfast as did not trust the security of the room. No bin in the bathroom but there was one in the bedroom. Bathroom had not been swept properly since the previous guests, so felt obliged to clean the floor myself. Rest of family went to Heathrow Airport to catch flight. My wife refused breakfast as the smell and the heat from the dining room she felt was not conducive to an english or continental breakfast. There was a lingering smell of indian curry, not overwhelming but not what you would expect in a hotel.

While this is not a glamorous hotel it represents good value for money. I was after a cheap place to lay my head for the night prior to catching a plane at Heathrow the next morning. It fitted the bill well - clean, tidy, basic but comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. The check out system is quick and easy. It has easy access to 24 hour buses to Heathrow. Thankyou.

Relaxed and friendly people there, both staff and other travellers and in a good location to explore the Lake District, even though I was there to visit my niece.

Sad to say, there wasn't anything I liked about this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in remote locations, and they were still more comfortable than this one. Very disappointing.
The staff (incoming) was rather rude, believing that I should had known the layout of the hotel and was upset when I didn't know where the stairs were. The tv in the room didn't work, so brought this to the attention of the staff member, he told me it was a button problem but did not come to check. It was only after I wiggled the wiring that I was able to get the tv to work. The room was hot and no fan was provided, and the walls were paper thin.

Great staff. Very helpful and attentive. Hotel has character. Not far from Heathrow, but you don't feel it. Nice park nearby for morning walks.
Not easy to get to from Heathrow if you have never been there before. A detailed description on site could easily fix the situation: Bus 140 from Heathrow Central Bus Station (Terminal xx) to Hayes Station (or whatever that stop is called). Then Bus xx to xx. Voila!

Location is ideal for Heathrow, and transport links to Central London, but set away from the mad rush in a quiet suburb Rooms are good value for money, Staff are friendly, and they always accommodate my needs well.
